But in choosing the President, the votes shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote; a quorum for this purpose shall consist of a member or members from two-thirds of the states, and a majority of all the states shall be necessary to a choice. The drive to eliminate fossil fuels is futile. One has insisted that over 6,000 things are made from fossil fuels, primarily oil. Another insists there are over 500,000 things. I was only able to document 1,700, but you get the idea. (See the attached.) It seems foolish to lobby against fossil fuels in a country where much of their income is from oil.
