Small Device saves 90% on electric bills This does not seem likely.  It takes a certain amount of energy to do a certain amount of work.  Musk could be on to something, but this looks like a scam, like the small heater that was supposed to heat a room, which could not heat more than a very small space.  If he is on to something I would like to see the detail of the science involved.  If you know more, please tell me.
