(Just a note; I should have said this earlier, but Section 8 includes all that the Federal Government is permitted to do under the Constitution. Now think of all the things the Fed is doing that is not included in this list. Ed.)

10.Update on Speaker Race Some folk are wringing their hands over concern about not having a House Speaker. But, one also needs to keep in mind, that on balance each day what the House does is not beneficial to Americans, so in one small respect the longer they are shut down the better. Of course the other side is that some issues must be addressed, and they cannot do that when shut down. This is an odd policy that does not let them operate with only a temporary speaker.

22. While the Public School’s One Size Fits All Program, there are new schools with Individualized Instruction, and more freedom in education. This is a tiny crack in the dike of public education.
