U.S. Constitution Article III, Section 2, Paragraph 3
The Trial of all Crimes, except in Cases of Impeachment; shall be by Jury; and such Trial shall be held in the State where the said Crimes shall have been committed; but when not committed within any State, the Trial shall be at such Place or Places as the Congress may by Law have directed.
- Derek Chauvin, convicted of the murder of George Floyd, asks for a new trial There is considerable evidence that Floyd was not a hero, but died of a drug overdose. The autopsy did not show that he died of asphyxiation.
- Biden Electric Vehicle Program in Trouble Only wealthy Democrats and a few others buy electric vehicles, but as a second car. They are very expensive, very unreliable, a pain to have to charge every few miles, deadly in a snowstorm or hurricane with no power, catch fire readily, plus they have no idea where they will get the power. Wind and solar cannot provide it, so it is up to coal and natural gas. Nuclear is suspect, and coal and gas power plants are being closed, so this makes very little sense.

In one breath they talk about defending democracy and we heard Jen Psaki on MSNBC saying if you elect Trump you are going to undermine the rule of law and throw his political opponents in jail. Look at what they are doing right now and you see the smirk on [New York Attorney General] Letitia James’ face. They know exactly what they are doing, undermining the rule of law to make it so that voters don’t have the opportunity to decide who they want to vote for,” Gabbard began.
Even Democrat lawyer, Alan Dershowitz, who voted for Biden and will vote for him again, thinks what the left is trying to do to Trump is criminal. Dershowitz practiced law for many years and taught law at Harvard.
- New Trump Endorsements: Speaker Mike Johnson, Hotel man Robert Bigelow Bigelow formerly supported DeSantis, now supports Trump. DeSantis is working hard to win and I think he would make a great Vice President. Then, staying in Florida to demonstrate what can be accomplished might be good also.
- President’s Age, Health called into question Anyone can have a coughing or sneezing fit, but not making coherent speech is far more serious.
- Trump Jr. Praises father in fraud trial How long will this drag on with a corrupt judge whose mind was made up from the start, and no jury.
- California Cuts Roof-top solar subsidies This could be a great thing as a little reality could settle in.
- EIA: Heating With Gas 40% Cheaper than Electricity Plus, the Administration does not even seem to know where the electricity will come from.
