Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:
And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this? (John 11:25-26)
U.S. Constitution Article I, Section 4, Paragraph 1 The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators.
1. This note is from Todd Banducci.
Look at attached PDF. Don’t be fooled by Brad Little & this mailer if you receive it. He is a RINO & not our friend. I do not consider him to be a true conservative. He is undercutting Dorothy Moon & the Republican Party and trying to syphon money away to his “Friends of Brad Little”. Don’t trust these folks with your money. He has worked against the elected board at NIC to serve his “friends”. He talks a good talk like Dan Gookin does on the campaign trail, but he doesn’t look so good when you really look closely and see what he actually says & does. Only support the official Republican Party. If you’re my friend and/or support me, know that Brad (& Dan for that matter) are generally not supporting the same people as you & I. Just look at who they endorse & support. & who they don’t & actively work against. Contact me if you want more info on this subject and/or just want to chat about it all. DO NOT vote for Dan Gookin if he is on your ballot!! Or Christie Wood or Dan English!!

Dear Legislator,
I think the best man for Speaker is Jim Jordan. Trump says he is willing, but he needs to concentrate on winning in court, and running for president.
With a new speaker in place you need to concentrate on the following.
- Secure the border at all cost; not just rounding them up and sending them back, but keeping them out in the first place.
- Do not add another dollar to the federal debt. This is killing us as Americans.
- Fighting crime is a state issue, but find some constitutional way to encourage the states to do the right thing.
- Again, transgender issues are state issues, but encourage them to do right. Repeal the Obamacare provision that pays for transgender surgeries etc.
Thanks so much

I and my Father are one. (John 10:30)
Constitution: Article I, Section 3, Paragraph 7 Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or profit under the United States: but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to Law.
- Newsmax: Scalese, Jordan, Trump for Speaker? Trump could unify the party in the House, but he is fighting so many battles it would be hard for him to give his attention to this. Jim Jordan would be a better choice.
- Biden to begin work on border wall. Let us hope he is able to buy back the material he sold for almost nothing.
- Texas Abbott calls for special session to deal with school savings accounts, border security. Best to send them back across the border. What jail could hold that many?
Texas will also pass laws to mirror the federal immigration laws President Joe Biden refuses to enforce that will reduce illegal immigration and enhance the safety of Texans. For the first time ever, Texas will subject people to arrest for illegal entry into our state from a foreign nation. All licensed law enforcement officers in Texas will be authorized to arrest or remove any person who illegally enters the State, with penalties up to 20 years in prison for refusing to comply with removal. To crack down on repeated attempts to enter Texas illegally, re-entry will be penalized with up to 20 years in prison.”

Electric Vehicles: Bad News
Jim Hollingsworth October 8, 2023
The plan to increase mileage requirements so folks will have to buy electric vehicles is poorly thought out. Electric vehicles will never be the solution to transportation. Here are some of the reasons.
- Electric vehicles are very expensive. Note in the links below the hundreds of new cars that are not being sold. The longer they sit there the less they will be worth as batteries deteriorate over time.
- Dealers area also not selling vehicles, and they are stacking up on their lots.
- Used electric vehicles are not sellable, as it costs more to replace the battery than the vehicle is worth.
- There is not enough electricity generated to provide for all electric vehicles.
- As we are closing coal fired, gas and nuclear power plants in favor of wind and solar, the end result is going to be many days with no electricity.
- Electric vehicles are heavier than other vehicles and have serious consequences in an accident.
- Recharging takes much valuable time, such that it takes a long time to get anywhere.
- There are simply not enough charging stations in the country.
- Electric vehicles sometimes catch fire if covered with sea water.
- Range for electric vehicles is radically reduced in hot weather (air conditioning) and in cold weather (heater).
- A large percentage of the materials used to make electric vehicles come from China; not a good arrangement.
- Electric vehicles are only practical from home to office (plug it in) and back home again.
Picture of lot with unsold electric vehicles – Bing images People are not buying them. I cannot imagine so many vehicles.

Plan to go all electric vehicles poorly thought out: Not enough electricity available
Beyond electric vehicles the move by the Biden Administration to eliminate fossil fuels will be the end of civilization as we know it, if they ever succeed. Fossil fuels have made America the greatest nation on the Earth. Eliminating their use will take us back to the stone age.
Little has been said about carbon dioxide. All this effort is being taken because it is believed that carbon dioxide is causing the Earth to warm, and it will burn up if action is not taken. In actual fact the Earth is carbon dioxide starved. We need more carbon dioxide. All plants need carbon dioxide, and with more carbon dioxide they grow faster, and use less water. The myth of carbon dioxide will destroy us. We need to be told the truth.
Local Politics
Jim Hollingsworth
October 9, 2023
Someone has said that all politics are local. I am sure that is true, because if we accomplish great things on a national level and our local level goes to the dogs, we have not really accomplished anything.
True, America was better under the former administration, and we hope that it will be great again. But, even then, we have to keep the president accountable so he works to reduce the size of government.
We believe we are going to have a new speaker of the House, and we hope he will be more conservative, and keep his promises. Personally, I do not believe the House is in disarray, but only in need of some adjustments. Hopefully those adjustments will take place under new leadership.
But local elections are important as well. As we look at the Coeur d’Alene City Council it appears that all of the present council are socialists. We need to vote for conservatives to take their place.
So how will you know a conservative when you see one? One place to start is to see if they agree with the platform of the Idaho Republican Party. 2022-24 Idaho Republican Party Platform (idgop.org) It is an excellent platform and for the most part conforms to conservative principles.
But we need God fearing conservative leaders as our county commissioners, on our city councils, on our school boards, on our library boards, and as state senators and representatives. Most of the issues we face today can be overcome with just good common sense, which is one thing lacking to most of the present leadership.
Determine that you are not going to follow illogical decrees of unelected officials and know that you are on the right path.

- Speaker of the House is vacated: who will be next? Jim Jordan made a strong speech in support of McCarthy; he would be an excellent choice for next speaker.

Verily, verily, I say unto you, If a man keep my saying, he shall never see death. (John 8:51)
Constitution: Article I, Section 3, Paragraph 2 Immediately after they shall be assembled in Consequence of the first Election, they shall be divided as equally as may be into three Classes. The Seats of the Senators of the first Class shall be vacated at the Expiration of the second Year, of the second Class at the expiration of the fourth Year, and of the third Class at the Expiration of the sixth Year, so that one third may be chosen every second Year;
When vacancies happen in the representation of any State in the Senate, the executive authority of such State shall issue writs of election to fill such vacancies: Provided, that the legislature of any State may empower the executive thereof to make temporary appointments until the people fill the vacancies by election as the legislature may direct. (XVII Amendment)
- Observations after Mt. St Helens These are interesting observations. However, the question left unanswered is can these observations apply to a larger area, such as the Grand Canyon? Loosely deposited material can erode quickly, especially on a steep mountain side. But the Grand Canyon is relatively flat, with little relief for the river, so it would be harder to erode. These observations are interesting, none the less.

Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. (John 8:12)
U.S. Constitution: Article I, Section 2, paragraph 5 The House of Representatives shall chuse their Speaker and other Officers; and shall have the sole Power of Impeachment.
I am not going to pretend to have answers here this morning, but I am going to invite everyone to consider that the next time you denounce the “environmental ramifications” of something, that you consider what life would be like without the thing you denounce, not just for yourself, but for mankind generally.
Many things are condemned by the present administration in which they have no idea what they do and how we might live without them. There are really good reasons for things being as they are. Ed.
- What would life be like without all our modern inventions, conveniences? There have been literally millions of inventions to provide us with all the things we use on a daily basis. We do not even think about them. We just take all this for granted. Then we join forces to have all this eliminated. This is a modern tragedy.
- Senator John Fetterman in trouble Notice that the article says he had a stroke last May. The date was actually May 2022. This error has been repeated many times.
What is clear is that Fetterman hid the severity of his stroke from the voters in Pennsylvania because he was afraid if they knew the truth it would cost him the election.
His fear was well founded. Ed.
